PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Speciality

The peak performance buoyancy course will help improve your position in the water, control of your equipment, and consequently air consumption. After caring out additional buoyancy exercises you will swim through hoops, play with weights and use your breathing to control your position in the water. Uncover the secrets behind perfect buoyancy control; levitate in mid water without having to put any thought into it.

At the end of the course you will find that all the fine tuning can be done with your lungs and that the BCD is there only for those major depth changes. This will make a huge difference to air consumption as no longer is kicking necessary to keep you up or down. Take a close look at the tiniest Nudibranch on the branching edge of a table coral and simply breath in to move away from it! A good course for any budding underwater photographer to get those perfect snapshots!
