Adam’s shots of one of the most famous dive sites in the world, the Blue Hole. A complex reef system grown on a vertical wall with an enormous hole that inexplicably protrudes to over 100m deep. The water enters though an arch at 60m whilst the divers cross at just under 10m. Rumour has it that the divers can pass at this ‘saddle’ at 10 metres thanks tp the efforts of Jack Cousteau dynamite consortium. Continue reading →

Safety and Security
All Dive The Gap locations have strict risk assessments performed in partnership with an official from the United Nations. Our locations are safe with 24 hour security and reception facilities.
All trips and safaris are also vetted to comply with our strict health and safety policy. Our dive centre is a full time member of the Divers Alert Network (DAN), the finest diving health, safety and research agency in the world. Every member of the our team is either first aid trained or a first aid instructor. Dive The Gap has a 100% safety record.

Dive The Gap risk assessments were evaluated with an official from the United Nations. We have public liability insurance to £5 million pounds working with Towergate Chapman Stevens and the Royal & Sun Alliance.

All dive resorts and all dive professionals are in status PADI professional who conduct diving to exacting standards. They are all also covered by the industry leading diver safety and research organisation DAN - Divers Alert Network. |

Financial Protection
In accordance with the EU travel and package regulations we ensure that your money is protected (bonding) working with Towergate Chapman Stevens. You will receive a financial protection certificate before the commencement of your trip.

He first plunged underwater at the age of 14 in Greece, then a year later in Turkey. After a year out in 2005 he completed Divemaster Training and worked for many months as a PADI Divemaster in Dahab, completing the Instructor Development Course, he has been a full time Instructor ever since. He is also the managing director of Dive The Gap. |
