Career Development

   
The Career Development programme is the ultimate zero to hero experience for those looking for a career in the scuba diving industry. The length of the programme is to ensure that you experience as much as possible, learn all there is to know and understand the scuba diving industry in its entirety. Throughout your time you will take on the roll of a junior employee in our company.
Training Scuba Diving Technique
We will arm you with all the knowledge and experience you need for a career in diving. By the end of your programme you will have in depth experience of how dive operations work and all the training and references you need to work in the industry.

Taking you from the level of a beginner (or where you left off) the programme covers practically every course under the PADI system. Over a period of up to 30 weeks you will become a scuba diving professional, PADI Divemaster, PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor and PADI Speciality Instructor with everything you need to become a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer.

    Work Experience and Study Period
    2 weeks to get some experience as a Divemaster in the local area, help out on courses and get familiar with the local diving area with enough time to get used to instructor materials

    Professional membership fees involve you entering into contract with the Professional Association of Diving Instructors and as such are not included in our programmes.
    PADI professional membership and application fees are from PADI Internation Limited (Bristol, United Kingdom). They can be paid with a cheque or credit card and are processed by PADI International Limited. For Instructor Candidates certain paperwork must be completed onsite with the PADI Examiners and / or PADI Course Director. So please ensure you have your credit card or cheque book with you.
